How billing, cancellation, and refunds work on SquadSpace.
In plain terms
SquadSpace is currently a paid subscription service. This policy applies to all paid plans.
01Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan runs until the end of the current period.
02Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may offer prorated refunds at our discretion for service failures.
03Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of Japan or your country of residence, including any statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights that apply to digital services.
