What is SquadSpace?
SquadSpace is an AI-native media workspace where teams create, review, caption, and approve video and other media in one place — collaborative review, auto-captioning, AI assistants, and a document editor together.
Is it free?
SquadSpace is currently offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing and billing terms are shown before you subscribe to a paid plan.
How do I share media for review?
Open an asset and create a share link. Anyone with the link can review and comment as a guest — no account required. Share links use opaque tokens and are not indexed by search engines.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Your content is not used to train our models, and we choose AI providers that do not train on your content by default. See the AI Disclosure for details.
How do I access, export, or delete my data?
Email our privacy address from your account, or see the Your Data Rights page. We respond within the timelines your law requires — typically within a month.
Which browsers are supported?
A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Media playback and upload work best on the latest Chromium-based browsers.
